1.Production process

Paint is a colored liquid that used on the surface of plate by using brush or spary gun.

Powder coating is a powder that is electrosatic sprayed on the surface of steel plate by high pressure spary guns.And then move in to industrial oven for high-temperature leveling,solified and adhesion.Those plates with powder coating is anti-rust,waterproof, corrosion-resistant and colors are not easy to change.

2.Surface

For paint,the surface of plates may not spread evenly and more suitable for industrial products.Powder coating has 2 types of finish that are smooth and texture.Smooth is bright and texture is not easy to get scratched.Those finis are most used for places like office,home,school,gym,supermarket,stadium,garage,workshop ect.

3.Cost

Paint needs to be painted by hand with high labor cost.Powder coating could be painted on auto-matic production line to save labor cost.And the powder is easy for recycle.

4.Environment protection

Paint usually has strong taste and harmful for human’s body. Powder coating is environmental-frienly and odourless and harmless for people.
